At Giaga, all sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed. By completing your purchase, you agree to our Return and Exchange Policy and any other applicable terms posted on our website.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, stained, torn, or in poor condition, you may request an exchange for another item of equal value. To review and process this type of request, we may collect your order number, full name, contact information, item details, clear photos showing the issue, shipping information, requested replacement item, and related communications.
Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order, provide clear photos showing the issue, and ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Once an eligible request is approved, Giaga may cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Customers may receive the same item, if available, or choose another item of equal value.
Giaga does not offer monetary refunds.
If the selected size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange depending on inventory availability. To process a size exchange request, we may collect and use your order number, full name, contact information, original item details, requested size, shipping information, and related communications.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping of the new size. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
We do not accept exchanges for worn or washed items, items without original tags, items damaged after use, or final sale or promotional items if applicable.
Giaga reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the requirements outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.
Marketing and Advertising
We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for products or services on the Services or other websites, including based on items you previously purchased, viewed, added to your cart, or other activity on the Services.
