All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3 - Orders, Returns, and Exchanges
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Giaga LLC d/b/a Giaga reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted or processed.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed. By completing your purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy and Return & Exchange terms.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, stained, torn, or in poor condition, you may request an exchange for another item of equal value. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, provide clear photos showing the issue, and ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
If your exchange request is approved for a defective or damaged item, Giaga may cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. You may receive the same item, if available, or choose another item of equal value.
If the selected size does not fit, you may request a size exchange depending on inventory availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping of the new size. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept exchanges for worn or washed items, items without original tags, items damaged after use, or final sale or promotional items if applicable.
Giaga reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, import charges, or other applicable fees.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, labor disruptions, carrier errors, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Section 6 - SMS Marketing and Text Messages
By consenting to Giaga LLC d/b/a Giaga SMS marketing at checkout, by initiating a purchase, or by subscribing through any of our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Giaga LLC d/b/a Giaga.
These messages may include text notifications related to your order, abandoned checkout reminders, marketing offers, transactional messages, and requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the SMS service.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part thereof, in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
