RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Giaga, we are committed to providing high-quality products and the best experience possible for our customers. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives defective, damaged, stained, torn, or in poor condition, we will gladly offer an exchange for another item of equal value.
To request an exchange, customers must:
* Contact us within 5 days of receiving the order
* Provide clear photos showing the issue
* Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached
Once the request is approved:
* Giaga will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item
* Customers may receive the same item (if available) or choose another item of equal value
Giaga does not offer monetary refunds.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If the selected size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange depending on inventory availability.
Please note:
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable
* Customers must pay for both the return shipping and the reshipping of the new size
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached
Size exchanges apply only when the sizing issue results from the customer’s size selection.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
We do not accept exchanges for:
* Worn or washed items
* Items without original tags
* Items damaged after use
* Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)
